Napoli turned out to be a highlight for us. Despite the negative things I'd heard, we had fun with the locals, ate fantastic food at very affordable prices, and wandered around the local shops. From here, we also took day trips to Positano, Sorrento and Capri. The hotel is really close to the train station, and our corner room had two balconies with great views. The staff were very nice and helpful. We stayed six nights and wished we'd booked longer. If I come back, I'll stay here again.

I arrived in Naples feeling really sick, with no reservation, and went straight from the train station to the nearest hotel. It was 12 p.m., and UNA gave me a quiet room and let me check in right away. I really appreciated their kind attitude and care. Five stars for the service and room. The location might not be ideal for a longer stay in Naples, but it's great for a few days because it's right by the train station.

Dinner was in a quaint, cozy, almost romantic restaurant, and the wait staff were attentive and kind. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, and the staff were very nice. Check-in was easy, too. It's a beautiful hotel, and I'd love to return and would recommend it to others.

Breakfast was a standout for all four days we had it. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had, and proof that continental breakfast doesn't have to be boring or limited. Kudos to restaurant manager Romualdo and the serving staff! The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. The hotel sits close to both the train station and, the other way, the historic center and plenty of things tourists like us want to see. We liked it a lot and would stay again.

For my first visit to Napoli, Una hotel was a great choice. It's in a great spot by Garibaldi station, about 15 minutes from the airport. The rooms were very nice and the staff friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there 🙏🏼☺️
