Davide was a huge help when our luggage got delayed. He pointed us to several places where we could buy inexpensive clothes while we waited for our bags. The rooms were clean and really nice for the price, and the location made it easy to reach just about anything in Naples. I'd stay again, 5/5.

Tania was a great help, both with getting us to the airport and finding our way around Naples. We also had a brilliant breakfast in the morning. Our room was spacious, with a balcony over the street, and the cathedral was only a 30 second walk away. Lovely stay in a very well located part of the historic center. Hard to imagine a better spot.

The location was excellent and the price felt OK, but we didn't get the room we'd booked. Ours was small and had no proper window. There was a window onto a tiny inner courtyard, but it was dark, noisy, and smelly. I wouldn't choose it again.

The ladies who run the hotel were lovely, and the location is brilliant. But the breakfast was advertised as a buffet, while it was actually brought to the room as a small selection of carbohydrates. The room was noisy too. During our six days there, car horns woke me every morning.

Right in the heart of Napoli, with a perfect location. I stayed two nights on separate occasions, and both were really fine. The rooms were different, but each was big, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The staff were friendly and helped us with everything. It was just 20-25€ a night for a double room.
