B&B HoMa

Mario was always available and kept in touch, a great host. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. I liked having the choice each day of room cleaning or leaving us to sleep. With public transport nearby, it's a good base for visiting Naples and the surrounding area, and I'd recommend the rooms.

Mario was a very helpful host, and the accommodation was great value. I was there just one night before an early flight home. It was clean, tidy, and close to all the transport hubs. Highly recommend.

Beware, this business was dishonest in how it handled our cancellation. We booked three nights with B and B Homa, then tried through the booking portal to ask about check-in details. They didn't reply to that or to several follow-up messages and emails over the next few days. Since their policy allowed free cancellation until seven days before check-in and we were still ten days out, we decided to cancel and booked somewhere else. The portal had no cancel option, and the confirmation email said to contact the business directly, so we emailed them our cancellation ten days before arrival. Seven days before the stay, they charged the full three nights to our card. We emailed again and heard nothing. Online reviews mentioned they only communicate on WhatsApp, so although we don't normally use it, we downloaded it and got a response. First they said they couldn't find a booking under our name, even with the confirmation number. Then they said we should have cancelled through the portal, which we'd tried. They kept coming up with reasons not to reverse the charge, like dealing with a cheap lawyer. We were still five days from the dates we'd booked, and their portal showed vacancies, so they hadn't turned away other bookings because of ours. We're currently disputing the charge with Visa. Buyer beware.

Modern, cozy, great vibe!
