The room was dusty and had cheap decorations. The AC and TV didn't work, and the bathroom was shared, with a broken shower. Even the soap seemed to have been taken from another hotel. A bright LED light outside the bedroom window stayed on all night, and the extractor fan made noise until 12:30am. The advertised breakfast was just a small jar of juice and a cheap croissant, nothing else. The coffee machine in the shared kitchen was broken too, LOL.

Nearly everything was broken: the air conditioning, TV, shower, coffee maker, microwave, and window. The room got unbearably hot, with a deafening extractor fan until 1 a.m. and a spotlight shining in. The included breakfast was a joke. It was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. You end up paying dearly for cheap, and it wasn't even that cheap. Miano is a charming neighborhood, but very far from everything, apart from Benvenuti al Sud, the best pizzeria in Naples. I wouldn't stay at that hotel again for anything.

The hosts were fantastic, so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The spacious room was clean, and the historic city center wasn't too far away. This B&B was a lovely surprise and made for a really pleasant stay.

Finding the place was easy with the owners' directions, even though it isn't well signposted. We stayed one night, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the restaurant did an excellent job with breakfast. Small pets are welcome. The only drawback was sharing a bathroom with other guests, especially if someone kept it occupied.

The quirky decor was fun, right down to a dirty Winnie the Pooh plushie in the corner. But nothing worked properly, and the heat and noise made the stay awful. I really don't recommend it.
