B&b Pantarei Napoli

This B&B puts you right in the heart of Naples, close to attractions and whatever else you may need during your visit. The owners are great and always ready to help. A lovely example of Napoletan hospitality, and a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic three-night family stay at B&B Pantarei Napoli. The owners made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the place was beautifully decorated and very clean, which was great with kids. Virginia recommended some lovely restaurants, and we could walk to several attractions from the B&B, so exploring Naples was easy. Our rooms were roomy and comfortable, with especially good beds for a restful night after being out all day. A travel crib for our little daughter was already set up before we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better base, and would gladly recommend it to families. Thanks for a memorable stay!

The host was the best part of our six-night stay: she replied to questions almost immediately, called us a taxi to the airport with a reliable, sweet driver, and gave us good coastal suggestions. She offered to book something for us but didn't push. Breakfast was at a pastry shop less than two minutes away, with great croissants and coffee. After we mentioned the Wi-Fi trouble on our first night, we got a special local pastry at breakfast the next morning. My son had booked after reading good reviews, but hadn't confirmed we needed separate beds, so we were first assigned a one-bed room. A quick conversation got us moved. Having seen both, I think the industrial room would have been better if we hadn't needed two beds, with better lighting and a small balcony. The location was excellent for walking to both the central train station and the historic center, or it was only two subway stops to the station. We like walking and found the tourist recommendations all within 1.5 miles. It was also easy to reach the station for Pompeii and other trips, and our tour pickup was a three-minute walk away. No regrets about staying six nights.

We were a group of female friends and felt safe walking back after midnight. The B&B is about an eight-minute walk from the port, with great bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and shared loads of useful local tips. The rooms were very clean, with thoughtful extras like free water and juice. Great price for such a good location.
