The breakfast was delicious and the location is excellent, right at the beginning of Spaccanapoli. It was a bit noisy at night, but worth it. The room itself is lovely, though we had asked in advance for twin beds and got one double instead. The host said they could move us to another room on day two after 10 am, but we wanted to go out and didn't want to spend the morning waiting around. There wasn't enough hot water for a decent shower. The host was nice, but spoke no English at all, despite what was advertised. That made it hard for us to ask questions or raise issues properly. The elevator also looked like it might break down, and each ride costs 10 cents, though the host had given us 50 cents in advance.

The exterior didn't look very inviting at first, but the room was a completely different story. We stayed three nights, and the location was ideal for exploring old Naples on foot. That famous pizza place is close by too.

Inside, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, so don't let the exterior or location put you off. The owner was friendly and, although she speaks Italian and only limited English, she explained everything clearly. I liked the breakfast option, especially the huge coffee.

Antonio was our hero. There wasn't anyone around after about 11 pm, but when our flight was delayed and we arrived around 1 am, he picked us up from the airport and showed us the way in. We're very grateful. The B&B is nice and clean, and breakfast was brought to bed. It's central and close to the train station. The lift isn't working at the moment, so be ready for the old, big stairs. The inside actually looks much nicer than the outside.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and our host was really friendly. The room was clean, fairly spacious, and nicely decorated.
