Best Western Hotel dei Mille

At Best Western Hotel dei Mille, the reception team were professional, friendly, and ready to help, and the cleaning staff kept everything tidy and in great condition. The hotel had good facilities and a comfortable feel, and I had a wonderful stay in Naples. Marco and Elena in catering deserve a special thank you. The food and service were excellent, and their warmth and extra effort made the visit memorable. Everyone was welcoming throughout. I’d gladly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Naples.

The neighborhood felt a bit dodgy, so keep aware of your surroundings and belongings. Still, the location is handy for the train station and metro. The rooms look freshly updated, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, as long as you get there early.

The breakfast had lots of choice, and the staff were friendly. Everything was immaculately clean, and the hotel makes a great base, right beside Napoli Centrale Rail station. Tours leave from across the plaza. Highly recommended. And try a Gelato at the railway station!

Being within walking distance of the train station was the one real convenience, especially with luggage. The surrounding area by the central station felt run down, and families might be better off staying farther west. The rooms seemed clean, but there was a horrible smell from the bathroom drain. We asked several times to move rooms and got no help. The shower had no hot water, and they kept telling us it would be fixed. The price was decent, I suppose you get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t stay again.
