The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the stay went badly almost from the start. The water pump failed, leaving us without a working bathroom for most of the visit. After a long day out, five sweaty and exhausted girls couldn't flush the toilet or take a needed shower. The owner's response was basically a shrug and that it couldn't be fixed until tomorrow. Then the room flooded in the middle of the night, soaking half our belongings and replacing a restful sleep with cleanup and stress. When we finally left, we were charged 400€ for damage we hadn't caused. The place felt like a disaster waiting to happen, and the owner's attempt to put the blame on us made it even worse. I'd steer clear of this Airbnb.

The Spritz was decent, and the pizza was really good. It was packed, though, so we had to wait a very long time.

It seemed a bit scary at first, but everyone was friendly and nice. A pleasant Italian place.

Clean and warm, though there are lots of steps...
