The price was great compared with the other hotels I looked at, offering the same facilities for a fraction of the cost. Il Cantico is just outside the bustle of central Naples but close to Montedonzelli station on the Metro, and I'd definitely recommend staying there again. Arrival registration was quick, handled by a polite, friendly, helpful staff member. The building was clean, secure, and nicely decorated, with a spacious lounge and garden. My room was roomy, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with a TV, WiFi, clothes racks, a bedside cabinet, and more. The ensuite bathroom had a shower, bidet, and toilet, and the clean towels were changed regularly. The bed was very comfortable. The shared kitchen was spotless and had great facilities, including a fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, sink, and huge table.

The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, and we really felt at home. Il Cantico was a very pleasant place to stay: well organized, spotlessly clean, and set up with everything we needed. The garden and fully equipped shared kitchen were welcoming and well looked after. It's peaceful and quiet, but still connected to the metro and city center. We especially appreciated the included breakfast as a nice start to the day. The rooms have music inspired names, and ours was called "Orchestra," a creative detail that made us smile. We'd love to come back!

The people at Cantico Home made a hard time in our lives feel a little safer. Francesco and Sari welcomed us right away at reception, and Mario and Elisa were thoughtful and attentive throughout. Everyone made us feel at home. We spent nine nights there, and the place was spotless, well organized, and ideally located near the hospital and just two minutes from the ring road. We’ll remember the stay fondly.

The welcome kit, clean fragrant linens, toiletries and hairdryer were all appreciated, and the staff were helpful. The kitchen and shared spaces were tidy and well kept. Breakfast came from an outside bar and had a nice range of good quality options. The room was missing a proper closet, just a rod with a few hangers. At night the place was quiet, though in the morning sounds came through the thin walls, especially other rooms’ locks. Around 8 a.m. a sewer smell came into my room, and the shower was a bit clogged. Getting to the metro is convenient, but the hill is steep and the sidewalks narrow, which is awkward with big suitcases. Check-in was handled by a polite young man who showed me the room and common areas. Entry felt secure, with separate keys for each door. The value is decent, especially if you plan to spend time in the shared areas rather than only sleep there.
