Binario Centrale Guest House

We spent four nights here. Inside, it was very clean, with modern, well-kept rooms and a lovely fresh smell in the corridor whenever we came in. The owner was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From the street, though, the guesthouse looked run down, which changed as soon as we stepped inside. It’s close to the train station, so you can take the metro to the beaches and sea, but they’re too far to walk to.

The suite and rooms had been renovated and were clean, though they’re in a pretty unpleasant old building. It’s only about a two-minute walk from Naples Central Station, but the area felt very unsafe and busy, especially at night. The owner was helpful and kept in touch, but didn’t speak English, so we used a translator.

The apartment was quiet even though it’s near the train station. It was clean, the facilities were good, and the building itself is a classic apartment block with a touch of baroque style. Good value for money, I’d recommend it.

Really clean and right by the train station, in a very central spot. Antonio was a great host.
