The location is really good, but our room was dirty when we got there, the shower wasn’t working right, and it was a bit noisy. We stayed three nights.

The location is excellent and close to everything, but the room was so noisy that I barely slept during my stay. I ended up buying earplugs. It’s very basic, and I’d only suggest it for a night or two if you can put up with that. Our towels were dirty on arrival, and when we asked for clean ones, we were told there’d be a charge. The pillows were completely flat, so I went out and bought a travel pillow. I can only recommend it if you’re willing to rough it for a night or two.

The room had the basics. For a three-night stay for two people, one roll of toilet paper wasn’t enough, and it would’ve been good to have more shower gel. Check-in and checkout were excellent, as was the location.

The terrace was a lovely place to unwind, right in the middle of Naples, and the metro is only steps away. We had a very comfortable, nicely furnished modern room with all the amenities we needed. The staff were extremely friendly, made sure we had what we needed, and offered useful suggestions for things to do nearby. A highly recommended stay.

The room was immaculate, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a perfect spot in the heart of Naples, in a very safe area close to everything. Wonderful stay, highly recommended.
