Casa Annina close to Toledo St.

We had everything we needed for breakfast and quick meals in the clean, spacious apartment. Francesco welcomed us with a bottle of wine and cold water, and was attentive and helpful throughout our three-day stay. The bathroom was the weak point: the shower is small, there's no bidet or counter space, though we still found all the hygiene essentials we needed. The location is handy for the Spanish Quarter, Spaccanapoli, the Chapel of San Severo, and Via Toledo. A minimarket, bakery, pastry shop, market, and funicular station are close by. The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient for exploring Naples with limited public transport. At €50 per night for two, though, I think the price matches what you get. The room is tiny and noisy. The kitchenette has an electric stove, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker that doesn't work. The bathroom was the worst part for me: the toilet seat is broken, the small hot water boiler leaks, and the toilet keeps flushing. There's no bidet, and the sink may be one of the smallest I've ever seen. There are other little annoyances too, like no outlets or switches beside the bed, and no lamps.

Francesco was very kind and helpful, putting together an itinerary and sharing lots of useful tips. Even with little notice, he offered airport transfers despite our inconvenient flight times. The central location made it easy to get around on foot or by public transport. We had an excellent experience!

We were warmly welcomed and everyone was helpful. The location is perfect, with Naples' best-known sights easy to reach on foot.
