Casa Nel Cuore Di Napoli

The alleyways are full of shops, people, and Napoli pride, and you can walk to everything you need. It’s also close to the water. From an American perspective, the hospitality and how easy it was to get around were amazing. Francesca was very helpful with anything we needed. Amazing location, and thanks, Francesca!

Francesca and Ciro made us feel like family, and they were always available since they live right next door. They gave us everything we needed to know about the stay, along with plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to go in Naples. The location is right in the heart of Naples, so everything was easy to reach. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings, and just right for two people. It was so clean we could smell it as soon as we walked in. It had everything we might need, even Netflix. The breakfast basket could be adjusted, too, if we wanted something different from what was in it. When my wallet was unfortunately stolen on the bus one day, they offered me a bottle of wine and taralli napoletani. So kind of them! The attention to detail and care for guests made our stay at B&B Ruffo perfect. I really recommend it, you’ll be very satisfied. We stayed three nights and Francesca was incredibly helpful the whole time. She and her husband Ciro made us feel at home, and their hospitality was second to none. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet area, close to Toledo metro station. The mattresses were super comfortable, too. This will definitely be our go-to place when we visit Naples again.

My family and I spent four nights here, and the owners made us feel right at home. They’re fantastic people, and the whole stay was wonderful. I can’t recommend this B&B enough. If I come back to Naples, I already know where I’ll stay.
