The apartment was cozy, clean, and well soundproofed, even with the lively Spanish Quarter outside. Francesco also gave us great suggestions for places to eat and things to see in Naples. We spent ten wonderful days at Casa Vacanze La Fenice. Francesco met us at the airport, and Irma helped with our luggage, so we felt at home right away. The tray of finger food waiting for us was a lovely touch. They were both incredibly kind and always available. We absolutely recommend it for the genuine hospitality.

The apartment is bright, airy, and very, very clean, in a beautiful part of Naples with plenty of good, affordable restaurants. It’s also easy to get to. Francesco is kind, loving, and helpful, and available 24/7 if I need him. I had a wonderful time in a city I think is one of the most beautiful. Thoughtful, kind owners make finding a place such a pleasure. When I return, I’ll contact Francesco and see if I can book the apartment again. I recommend everyone stay at B&B LA FENICE. You won’t regret it! Thank you so much!

The owners are super kind and always there when you need them. The apartment is tidy, clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen if you feel like eating in. Its location is really convenient, close to everything around Via Toledo. I’m playing at home here 💙😂 If you’re coming to Naples, I definitely recommend Casa Vacanze La Fenice ❤️

A quiet spot close to the main attractions, with a lovely place to come back to. My stay at B&B "La Fenice Azzurra" was relaxing and enjoyable, and I can’t wait to return. The property is welcoming and well maintained, with spacious rooms furnished with taste. It was impeccably clean, and the owners’ warmth came through from the moment I arrived. They were very kind and helpful, always ready with suggestions about what to see nearby. I highly recommend it for a weekend away.

The owners were kind and helpful, and did their best to meet all our needs. Their warm, typically southern hospitality made our time in Naples even nicer. Francesco and Irma welcomed us to their newly renovated apartment. It’s centrally located and works well for families with children, as well as couples or friends who enjoy nightlife. The cleanliness and services were excellent.
