On famous Via Toledo, you're close to the metro, the historic center, and the city's best shops. If you want somewhere very central with plenty of comforts, I recommend it.

Even though the process was fully digital, the owner was kind, attentive over text, always available, and quick to reply. No bureaucratic delays before heading out to explore. The real advantage is the location. The main hubs are close, and I was just steps from places serving authentic Neapolitan food for people who love tradition, not just tourists. It was easy to find great local dishes, plus a warm sfogliatella or freshly baked graffa at every stop. Central Promenade strikes a rare balance between technology and human warmth, even if that warmth comes through a screen. A well-managed base in the heart of authentic Naples.
