Francesca, Alfred, and Christian made the stay feel easy. They were kind, answered our questions, explained how public transport works, and helped whenever we needed it. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace, and the room was decent, with good shower pressure. There was sometimes an unpleasant toilet smell, though I suspect that comes from Naples’ sewage system rather than the residence. A couple of things were less good. We booked a twin room, but arrived to find one bed. The staff sorted it out and brought us two beds later. The location is technically central and close to bus and train stations, but the residence sits behind a hill, and reaching it means going through an unventilated tunnel. Walking through it isn’t recommended for health reasons, so we felt we had to use a bus, taxi, or car each time. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. It was listed as included, and the photos showed things like croissants and cold cuts. What we actually got was a few wrapped cookies and cakes, plus a coffee machine to use ourselves. That felt misleading, and I wouldn’t call it a proper breakfast. Also, this is a residence rather than a standard hotel, so there’s no daily cleaning service and you handle things yourself. Despite those drawbacks, we had a very positive stay, especially thanks to the staff and terrace.

We loved our week here and would stay again when we return to Naples. The apartments were very clean and had everything we needed, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to get some sun and take in the city and Vesuvius. Alfred and his team were available with answers and help every day until late. Christian and Francesca looked after us during the stay, and even helped after checkout when we realized we’d left a charging cable behind. Around the place there are grocery shops, pharmacies, coffee shops, clothing stores, and plenty more. Getting to the centre is easy by bus or with a short subway ride, though check the timetable because that line closes in the middle of the day.

The host was always available, and there’s a secure garage. The neighborhood is quiet but has everything nearby, while the centre is still close. For the price, the apartment was excellent. Best accommodation experience we had in Italy.

The roof terrace gave us lovely views across Naples, and we enjoyed a bottle of wine up there in the evening. We needed a one-night stay with secure parking and simple access to the centre, and this apartment worked out very well. It’s a little outside the centre, but we liked being in an area that felt like a working part of the city. Even without a car, it seems like a nice place to stay. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The garage felt secure, though the parking spaces were a bit tight. The metro is about a 10-minute walk away, and we took it into the city centre. Alfredo and Christian were helpful and let us check in early, at 12 pm. We’d recommend it if you’re travelling by car.
