Don Carlo room

We rented a very spacious quadruple room that was well equipped, with a mini-fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning, and everything else needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was kind, available for questions, and always willing to help. The area is quite hilly, but once you get to know it, you can find the best routes for yourself. It’s on a busy road, so there may be some traffic noise in the morning, but nothing serious. For the price, I have no complaints. We got more than expected, and I highly recommend it.

We arrived at 10 AM, but didn’t get the room until 4 PM. We’d booked twin beds and got a dump with bunk beds instead. It was full of mosquitoes, and the staff were rude even though I’d made the bed request clear. Cleaning was basically nonexistent, and when we asked for fresh towels, we were told that only happened at checkout. The bathroom mat and towels were stained, the shower leaked because it wasn’t installed properly, and the door bracket was coming off the wall. Reception was empty, so there was no one to ask for help. I strongly advise against staying here, and I’d never return.

The location is convenient, but the room and amenities could use a few extra touches.

The Wi-Fi that was promised didn’t work, and neither did the room television.
