Artemisia Domus - Giardino

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was so kind and helped with anything we needed, including opening a coconut! The rooms were very nice, and the service was immaculate. The route to the hotel goes through a very old building and can be confusing, but we got used to it quickly. The hotel is truly exceptional!

We had some trouble finding the hotel, which is on the second floor. You need to take a tiny elevator or use the stairs, neither ideal with luggage. A bit of signage inside the actual first-floor parking area would have helped. We did eventually spot the small sign outside the next day, so I hope this helps someone else. The room was every bit as lovely as the photos. The staff were great and helpful, the breakfast buffet had lots of choices, and the Marina district was very nice.

We stayed twice on separate occasions, our family of six using four different rooms across the two visits. Each room was great and had its own outlook and layout. Staff were incredibly friendly and helped with everything from transfers to restaurant bookings. For one early checkout, they brought breakfast items the night before so we could eat before leaving for the airport. On the other morning, the spread was wonderful. We loved the area and found it easy to get around on foot. The courtyard was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. An excellent boutique hotel, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Naples!

The rooms and gardens were beautiful, and the front desk staff were amazing. Giordana is the best! My husband and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over years of travel in the US and abroad, and we both agreed this was hands down the best one we’ve ever been to. Don’t let the front fool you, this is a hidden gem and a must in Naples.
