The B&B itself is charming, nicely furnished, and in a quiet area with a comfortable bed and a big shower. It's close to the historic center, easy to reach by public transport, and just a stone's throw from the Chiaia seafront. The owner was kind and let us leave our bags before the 2:30 PM check-in while staff finished getting the rooms ready. Mrs. Patrizia was a huge help with tips on getting around, places to see, and where to eat. There were a few hiccups: the room price was initially mixed up but quickly sorted out, and the garage cost us 13 euros instead of the 10 Mrs. Valentina had quoted when booking. Our room also had no bidet 😨. Still, it was a good B&B.

Valentina went out of her way to welcome me even though my flight landed late, and made sure I could get the keys. She also gave me directions for getting around Naples, and whenever I had a question, a WhatsApp message was enough to get things sorted. My studio was fully equipped, cleaned every morning, and stocked with coffee, milk including soy milk, yogurt, snacks, and cereal. I stayed at Valentina's B&B the first weekend in August and everything was fantastic. Damé made me feel at home in the heart of magnificent Naples. I highly recommend it. Congratulations to this young woman for being so resourceful!

For four days, it felt like nobody was there to welcome, show us around, or say goodbye. The owner was abroad, and I really didn't appreciate her complete absence. It was my first time in Naples, and I would've preferred a different kind of welcome. Breakfast was supposedly included, but where was it? If we wanted some, we'd have to make it ourselves from coffee grounds left by someone else in an almost empty jar and two empty snack bags. They could do much better!!!!!!!!!

A fantastic B&B, and I've never stayed anywhere so clean. Highly recommended!!!!!
