Dante Maison de Charme

The room was just as described, clean, and comfortable. The location is great, with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars around the plaza. The metro is right across the street, and it’s only a couple of stops from Napoli Centrale, which made getting around super convenient. The setup was a bit quirky: I only briefly crossed paths with an employee as they were leaving, and didn't see any staff after that. We messaged through the booking company, which worked fine. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

There are shops, restaurants, and other services right downstairs, handy for food and transport, and the staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are quite comfortable. I worried about noise because it's right above Plaza Dante, but I slept well and even woke up late in the morning. There were some odd midnight fireworks in the Plaza. Highly recommend it for a work trip or a city visit to Napoli.

The owners, two amazing brothers, told us before we arrived that a previous guest had thrown a shampoo bottle into the toilet. They did everything they could to get a professional company to fix it, but it wasn't sorted in time. One owner took responsibility, was very friendly, and apologized. They moved us to another hotel at their own expense, even though it was double the price, and accompanied us until we reached our new room. You can see they felt terrible. People are measured by how they handle things when they go wrong, and they took full responsibility and looked after us throughout. Amazing service!!! I highly recommend it. The hotel looks amazing and has a premium location. The rooms are very nice and convenient too, though we only got to see ours for a few minutes. Thank you 🙏🇮🇹

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the location was brilliant. Guido was so helpful and let us check in early after our long flight. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
