Dimora Duomo

Marcos made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. His hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. The room was immaculate, among the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, and you could see the care the team takes with the property. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, a great start to each day. This is a comfortable, welcoming, well-maintained place in Naples, and we highly recommend it.

Marco was a wonderful host, warm and attentive, and always ready with helpful suggestions for exploring the city. We had a great stay at Dimora Duomo. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and spotless, and the location put us right in the heart of Naples near the main historical sites. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Marco was fantastic. He showed us how to use the lift, explained how breakfast worked, and could be reached on WhatsApp at nearly any time of day. Breakfast arrived on time and was amazing. The room was spacious, luxurious, and very clean, with a safe, coffee machine, and balcony. The hotel was the best place I stayed in Italy. It was easy to walk to from the station and straightforward to find your way around the building. I’d definitely stay here again, and hope to.

We stayed here last year, and Marco made the visit so much easier and more enjoyable. He helped with our luggage and showed us to our rooms, then gave us a good sense of which areas to explore and which to avoid. He also arranged easier transport back from our day trip to Sorrento and a taxi to the ferry when we left. Everything was brilliant. I’d recommend this hotel without reservation, and making use of Marco’s experience and local knowledge.
