Vincenzo and Rosario were wonderful. They gave clear instructions and plenty of helpful advice about transport and restaurants in Naples. It’s not often you find people who really care and want to help. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the location was good, with a metro station and restaurants nearby. I’d absolutely recommend it and stay again.

The daily room service was excellent. The cleaner came every day, cleaned the room, changed the towels, and refreshed the bedsheets. We also loved the sweet and sour treats left each morning, and the balcony made the place feel homey. The rooms were clean and newly decorated, with a unique color scheme for GREEN LOVERS. The recently renovated shower was clean, and the double bed and other furniture, including a piece that converts into a single bed, were comfortable and clean. It was handy for getting to the metro, a 5-10 minute walk, and then reaching the center. We love Italy and Naples, and were very pleased with this accommodation.

We had a great 24-hour family stay. The service from Vincenzo was perfect. The place is well located, with a metro nearby and an amazing pizza spot, Fratelli La Bufala, right around the corner.

The rooms were nice, though a little small for a family. There’s noise from the street and neighboring rooms, and the wastewater plumbing makes a lot of noise when you use water in the bathroom.
