I loved the building's and rooms' authentic feel, and you can hear live music from the nearby bars and restaurants while lying in bed. The host was really nice and helpful, the room was very clean, and the location was amazing. Everything is within walking distance. Everything was perfect.

Natacha stayed late to let us in after our train was delayed, and gave us great tips for our day in Napoli. The service was responsive, and we really enjoyed the room and the welcome. The bed was comfortable, and the place is central, near a metro and train station. It isn't really a high-end place, but I thought we got good value and would stay again next time I'm in Napoli. Finding the entrance was a little interesting late at night: it was a sort of fun “hobbit” door.

The room was reasonably clean and fairly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. The building is well located and easy to reach by public transit. But it was difficult to find the suites, since there was no sign at the entrance or by the elevator. After a frustrating search for the right unit, we met the operator on the stairs. She said she'd sent us a message on “whatsapp” to ask when we'd arrive. She then explained Expedia hadn't told us we needed to contact her to arrange an arrival time, even though we'd filled out the “fast check-in” questionnaire. Expedia wasn't responsible for that. She already had our email and phone number and could have contacted us, but didn't. The business felt disorganized, to say the least.

The sheets didn't seem to get changed, and I found a rat in the room. I would've been better off sleeping in a tent in the central square.
