Eugenio, the person in charge, was very welcoming and kind. He gave us a map, recommended good places to see in Napoli, and shared any information we needed. But on our last day, he didn’t answer our WhatsApp messages or calls. We were relying on him to arrange an airport taxi and started to panic, so we had to call the owner to get through to him. This was only a couple of hours after he’d reminded us to check out at 10:30 am, which felt like a very odd checkout time for Italy. The air conditioner was also far too weak for the room. It was 28 degrees outside, and the electric fan they provided didn’t help much, so we had to angle it to catch some cool air. There are very steep steps at the entrance and no elevator, so you have to carry all your heavy luggage yourself. Keep that in mind. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but after this experience I’d choose a more expensive three-star hotel over an apartment, simply because there’s always someone available to help.

I usually go for five-star hotels and don’t normally book B&Bs, but a friend told me about this quiet place in the heart of Naples. He said I’d step straight into the city’s most vibrant part, then hear no noise once inside the suite. I was curious, so I went. I stayed a couple of nights, enjoying the city where I grew up as a child and teenager and discovering a new city, NEAPOLIS. My suite was spacious and beautiful, with a huge, comfortable bed and a large, lovely bathroom with high-quality amenities. It was clean and perfect, and even smelled good, which I appreciated. There was a free bottle of water in the fridge and a Nespresso machine with typical Neapolitan coffee, Borbone. I could walk to all the most beautiful and unique places in Naples, plus loads of great street food spots, bars, and live music. For a solo traveler or a couple wanting to discover Napoli on foot, I think the location is fantastic. The people managing it were warm and professional. Whenever I happened to greet them, they’d say “Ciao!!” instead of the formal “Buongiorno!” One useful thing if you’re driving, as I was: they have a corporate rate arrangement with a nearby covered car park that’s open 24 hours. Eugenio made us feel very welcome. He was exceptionally kind, helpful, and thoughtful, and every request, even a simple towel change, was handled promptly and with a smile. The service really stood out. Our room was spacious, spotless, well equipped, and comfortable. The location is right in the heart of Naples, so everything was within walking distance and we could really enjoy the city. A perfect stay from beginning to end. We highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thanks again for everything!
