A kind, lovely and helpful receptionist made us feel very welcome. Our room was huge and clean, with a really spacious bathroom, big comfortable beds and a TV with lots of streaming options. The hotel is right on the main street, with plenty of good restaurants close by, and the area felt safe. I was glad I chose it for my weekend in Naples.

Everything felt new, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed. Even though it's on a main street, the location was perfectly quiet. Great place.

Lucrezia made me feel welcome and appreciated from the moment I arrived. She was warm, professional, attentive, and really went out of her way to make the stay memorable. She's a real credit to the team. I can't wait to come back, and wanted to compliment both her and the hotel.

We spent four nights here in a very central part of Naples. The apartment was amazing, spotlessly clean, and the reception was wonderful too. Nothing negative to report.
