Please be careful booking here. I had a confirmed reservation for 16th August and had already paid. The owner even messaged to say she was expecting me. But as I was on my way to Flower B&B at check-in time, she said Booking.com had made a mistake and my room was no longer available. My boyfriend called Booking.com, and we have the email confirming they said the owner had overbooked. She tried to get me to move to another B&B farther from the station. Maybe that seemed fine to them, but the whole thing felt like a nightmare. We'd picked this place because it looked good, were in another country, and had all the confirmations. I couldn't believe they changed everything and blamed another company for their own mistake. I felt treated like a backup option, expected to accept the sudden change without complaining. It was a horrible experience, and I would never recommend it. Sorry!

I booked this hotel for my girlfriend through Booking.com. At 9:30 am on the reservation day, the owner messaged her to say everything was fine. Three hours later she said the room was no longer available because of an overbooking, and blamed Booking.com. I called Booking.com, and they told me the owner had said she canceled the booking herself. Maybe she found a chance to rent the room for more money, that's what it seemed like. By 4:35 pm she was pushing us toward another hotel far from the one I'd booked. I didn't know what to do, and the trip to Naples had turned into a nightmare. I still don't recommend B&B Flower's House. I don't know the owner or how the place is run, but the way she handled this and spoke to us said a lot. The service was horrible. Please don't go here. Just look at the owner's reply. This was the worst experience I had.

We spent three nights in the green room. Antonella and Lory were extraordinarily kind and helpful, and the rooms and washroom were perfectly clean. Breakfast was generous, the air conditioning worked excellently, and it's five minutes from the train station. A 5-star place, 100% recommended. :D
