We never got to meet Franz in person, unfortunately, but he was available on WhatsApp and did all he could to help us. The room was fine, as was everything else, and the location worked well too. Definitely recommend it for a trip to Naples.

I was unsure about the price at first, but the stay turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. Francesco was very accommodating and gave me useful advice in English, which helped since I didn’t know the city well. I was very happy here and plan to return to beautiful Naples. Thanks, Francesco!

Francesco stayed in touch with us throughout our time in Napoli and was attentive about making sure things were going well. Before we arrived, he sent directions and explained the facilities and local attractions, then confirmed our arrival time. The room was spacious and very clean, with a balcony and bathroom, and the kitchen had a microwave, hot pot and coffee machine. We didn’t need anything else. Getting around with a suitcase was the one drawback: the metro is an eight-minute walk along stony roads with a few steps. The owner was great, though, and I’d stay here again if we return to Napoli.

Francesco was so helpful and accommodating that staying here was a real pleasure. The room was modern, clean and quiet, and having A/C, a fridge and a kitchen was convenient. It’s in a great spot, just a few steps from the city center. We’ll definitely come back, and I can’t recommend the place enough. 👏 🔝
