The room was very poor quality, and customer care was nowhere to be found. They provide a Wi-Fi password, but the connection didn’t work. I tried calling, texting, and emailing the owner, but never got a reply.

The staff were helpful, and housekeeping was very efficient. I had a good stay and the location was handy, about ten minutes from the center. The problem was the heating: it didn’t work, and late December nights were really cold.
