Alessandro and his staff were lovely hosts, and my wife and I really enjoyed our four days here. The beds were comfortable, and the location in the heart of Naples made it easy to get to all the main attractions. A lovely stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The room was immaculate and beautiful, with a great balcony view. Check-in went smoothly, and the desk man was incredibly nice and informative. The neighborhood felt very nice and safe. But I won't stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to a woman traveling alone. On my first night, jet-lagged and lying in bed, I heard the door to my private room open just before 9pm. Half asleep, I saw a man peeking in. When I lifted my head, he left and left the door wide open. I messaged the front desk on WhatsApp straight away. They said it was staff coming to clean, at 9pm, hours after I had checked in. My room was cleaned and restocked only twice during my stay, always in the morning or afternoon while I was out. I barely slept for the next 11 nights, afraid someone would come in again. Checkout was meant to be at 11am, but the cleaning staff started banging on my door at 10am to get me out. It was a terrifying experience, and I couldn't afford to book somewhere else.

It's great value for money, cheaper than most hotels and better than hostels. You're right by Universitat metro in a central spot. The room was clean and simply furnished, and the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. There was also a shared kitchen with a microwave and kettle, plus free fresh fruit. The sheets and bathroom were clean. It's on the 7th floor of an old building, but a small lift fits three people. I'd happily stay again.

Everything was handled really well, though the staff were barely noticeable. They changed the sheets every day, and the place was very clean with a great location. They could also arrange a late check-in after midnight, which was a big plus. The window had a truly beautiful view, and there was air conditioning. The elevator might haunt your dreams, but I had a positive stay overall.
