Frizzi & Lazzi House

I’m almost speechless, it was that good. The place is excellent and the care was wonderful. Antonio, the facility guard, was invaluable and kept watch all the time. It’s right in the heart of old Naples, near what the review calls the heart of the camora, and everything is close by. I’d hate to recommend it too much and leave no room for myself next time 🤭 I’ll stop here at last!

Antonio welcomed us warmly, explained everything we needed for visiting Naples, and even gave us a nice bottle of local wine. The apartment is right in the center, with several good restaurants nearby. We visited in May, and the A/C, bedding and sofa bed were all good. There were four adults, so the apartment felt a bit cramped for us. Street noise came through the poorly insulated front door in the evening. For a three-day stay, we would have liked a more generous supply of coffee capsules and sugar.

Antonio’s warm, enthusiastic welcome and his Neapolitan flair made this feel like more than just a vacation. He shared plenty of useful tips and little gifts that helped us feel at home. He’s 23, and seeing that kind of spirit gives me more faith in younger generations, something other experiences on this trip reinforced too. Thank you, Antonio, for all your care and effort. The comfortable apartment was simply and tastefully designed, with everything we needed. It’s a great base in the heart of Naples, just a short walk from the old city, historic sights, and all sorts of delicious food. If you’re spending a few days in Naples, I’d confidently choose Frizzi Lazzi.

Antonio, the owner, is a delightful person who takes excellent care of his guests. The apartment makes a great base for seeing Naples, with everything within walking distance. Highly recommended!
