Garibaldi Rooms

The staff and service were the best part for me. When we had an air conditioning problem, they sorted it out quickly and were very kind, doing what they could to help. The hotel has a good-sized room with a balcony, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The shower area felt a little too small, but it didn’t really bother me. It’s in a great spot near the metro, train station, buses, and trams. If I return to Naples, I’ll stay here again.

I stayed one night before an early flight and couldn’t believe how lucky I was to find this place. It was great value, clean, and wonderfully quiet. It’s easy to reach by metro, with a two-minute walk across the main piazza, and there are food and drink options all around. The Alibus to the airport or port is also just a two-minute walk back across the piazza. Such a handy, inexpensive spot. I’ve already recommended it to a friend passing through Naples later this year, and I’d happily stay again if I need to spend a night in Naples.

The people working here were so nice, easily worth five stars 👍 The hotel itself is modern, though it’s in an older building, and the wifi was fast. Breakfast was simple but good. I was unsure about the neighborhood, and it is a bit gritty, but we felt completely safe. Hope I get a 'Saluti da Napoli!!' reply to this review.

We found the room much quieter, cleaner, and more modern than we expected. The reception gave us directions so we could let ourselves in. It’s right beside a plaza, with easy access to the main tourist spots. Coffee and sweet breads were included and brought right to our room.
