The rooms were tiny and clearly hadn't been updated in a long time, and the old building has no elevator. The bathroom smelled and didn't work properly, while noise from people shouting came through constantly because there's no insulation. It looked nothing like the website photos. I'd avoid it.

The streets beside the hotel were dirty and didn't feel welcoming, though the spot is handy for the train. Inside, the staff were very good, and a friendly gentleman served the best breakfast I had in Italy.

The staff and their service were good and clean, and breakfast was included from 7:30-10:00. The rooms were another story: the TV came on but was hard to watch, the Wi-Fi was the worst I've seen, water leaked through a tile, and the balcony was dirty. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the fridge. It was disappointing and nothing like the picture. The location was handy for many of Naples' works of art, though I felt there were too many foreigners around. The listing also promised free parking, but the lot wasn't hotel-owned and cost €3 an hour. People around there nearly tried to steal our car.

Just a few minutes from the main train station, this is a very clean hotel with helpful, friendly staff. They're always ready to answer questions and give expert advice. Breakfast was good, and Mr. Ciro was especially welcoming and accommodating. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

It's a popular, noisy area, but the hotel was nice despite that, earplugs included. The location is a little out of the way, yet convenient for the train station and airport shuttles.
