Good price, location, and amenities. The mattress was too soft for me, though. Special mention to Carol, who was very professional.

Eleonore was welcoming and very nice, and the other staff were okay. We enjoyed our stay, especially the location, which is a gem: just 2-5 minutes on foot from the ferry station, corniche, and restaurants. We spent most of our time visiting the islands, Capri and others. There's no elevator, but the staff helped us manage.

We spent 2 nights here at the end of our trip around Italy. The suite was lovely and had a spa bath, but I was disappointed that we couldn't use the Spa. I even asked to book it and was told no.

The spa was small but well maintained, and there wasn't really a waiting area, which is understandable given the hotel's size. My girlfriend and I had come to celebrate an occasion, but the hour we paid for was frustrating. The jacuzzi wasn't very warm, and trying to heat it made no difference. The sauna was the same. There's no changing room either, just a small bathroom that was very hot and humid, with no hairdryer or shower. Luckily we had brought a hairdryer, and we had to use the shower for the chromotherapy. It wasn't possible to dry our hair or do makeup comfortably. Only 15 min of our paid hour was allowed for showering, drying, and changing. The next couple arrived shortly after us, so we had to ask to use another bathroom for our hair and makeup. After a short discussion, they let us use a bathroom in one of the empty hotel rooms. The package also included tea, fruit, a plate with one kind of salami and one kind of cheese, and a glass of wine. The tea was very low quality from a discounter supermarket, as were the salami, cheese, and wine. We wouldn't do it again. The price didn't match the quality of what was offered. We also want to say Groupon should give people a chance to experience a place's good quality, rather than have clients treated like they're in cabin class.
