The rooms were spotless, and the person at reception was a big help. Everything was perfect. Thanks so much for everything, I'd recommend this place to everyone.

The location is good, but mosquitoes were everywhere. I woke up bitten and spent the rest of my stay itching. Plumbers came to work on the toilet, leaving us without a usable bathroom. Staff told us to use one a kilometer away. Seriously? They couldn't offer a staff bathroom or another option? And what's the no-food-in-rooms rule about? What kind of hotel doesn't let you bring food into your room?

On our last day we noticed several bites, after flies had been in the room. The no-food rule for rooms was odd, and the furnishings were very old. The shower swung between too hot and too cold, with water splashing everywhere. Someone came into our suite around midday to fix the bathroom, making it unusable, and there was no bathroom on the main floor for us. That's unacceptable in a hotel.

The staff were very kind, and the location was perfect. Breakfast needs a lot of work, especially if you pay extra for it. Please offer more variety. The room walls were paper thin, and I could hear absolutely everything next door, even though I'm usually the kind of person who can sleep through fireworks. Check-in between 9:30 pm and 11:30 pm costs an extra 30 €. If you arrive late, you won't get into the hotel because no staff will be working.
