The staff at Il Divino were kind and attentive, always happy to help. Their friendliness and the little thoughtful touches made the stay feel personal. I arrived feeling welcome, and the clean, cozy room was ready for a comfortable rest after busy days in the city. It’s a convenient base for getting around Naples, and I especially appreciated coming back to a quiet room at night. I left with good memories and would gladly stay here again. Il Divino is somewhere I felt at ease, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

The room was very clean and up to a high standard, and breakfast at a nearby cafe was a nice extra. It’s close to the main train station, and the instructions were clear. We were shown how to get in and guided through the room. I’d highly recommend Il Divino for a great stay in Naples.

Carmen made us feel looked after during our wonderful September 2025 stay at Il Divino hotel in Napoli. She walked us through everything about the hotel and the area, and was always there if we had questions or needed help. Thanks to Carmen and all the staff at hotel Il Divino. We had a great time! We had a pleasant three-night stay at this B&B in September 2025. Our flight arrived late, but Carmen met us for check-in around 11 pm. Her English was good, and she told us about the neighborhood and the cafe across the street for breakfast. After the city tax was paid and our passports copied, check-in took about 15 minutes. She also texted restaurant suggestions and asked when we wanted the room cleaned. She was responsive and lovely to deal with, which made everything easy. The beds were comfortable, breakfast at the cafe was very good, and there’s a grocery store and good local restaurants nearby. After checkout, one of my IDs turned up, and Carmen kindly texted me and offered to mail it back.

We had a short stop at il Divino before our flight from Naples, and both the hotel and service were wonderful. Sofia was lovely at check-in and made sure we had what we needed. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. We also got breakfast vouchers and Sofia's suggestions for local restaurants. A wonderful stay in a secure, safe building.
