My flight was delayed, and I arrived less than an hour late, but they cancelled my three-night booking without telling me and still charged me in full. I was left on the streets of Naples that evening, trying to find somewhere to stay. I couldn't get the owner to answer my calls. It ruined my experience of Naples. Beware, don't book, scam!

We spent a long weekend in Naples as a family, two adults, two girls, and our dog, and ended up falling in love with the city. Carlo and his mother were so helpful and courteous, and the house was clean. The location made visiting Naples easy, and the value was more than fair. There’s not much else to add. Thanks so much, Mr. Carlo and his mother. We’ll definitely be back!

The place was very quiet, clean, and well kept. We booked for a trip to Naples with friends, though we found one double room and two single beds, which may have been a misunderstanding. Wi-Fi didn’t always reach the room. The location is handy for walking and public transport, just by Metro lines 1 and 2, and the funicular up to San Martino is at the end of the street. Our train was delayed, so we didn’t meet the owners, and the doorman had already left. They kindly arranged for us to pick up the keys from their neighbor.
