The staff were lovely and helpful, and gave us useful ideas for food and getting around. The rooms also had amenities that other hotels we'd visited didn't offer. At first the area seemed a little scary, but once I reminded myself I was in Italy, I felt fine. The airport noise bothered me at the start, then soon became white noise. Several city buses from central Naples stop right by the hotel. Great experience, would recommend!

The rooms were nicely equipped, with a toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, and slippers, which was a big plus. The location is perfect if you have a flight the next morning. The soundproofing, though, is awful. You can hear everything from everywhere.

The room I got was nowhere near the double room of 269 square feet that I was told I'd booked. I paid about $150 US to sleep in what was basically a closet. It was uncomfortable and unappealing, and there was a bloodstain on the sheets. The hotel didn't respond when I tried to reach them through my booking agency. I was there after a flight cancellation because I didn't want to deal with taxis again, and was glad I could walk from the airport. Naples airport cabs are pricey, but I'd still say find somewhere nicer and stay away from this hotel.

I've stayed here twice, and might come back because the location is walkable from the airport and the price is good. It's clearly cheap, but it works for someone on a tight budget who just needs a bed and shower. The AC was excellent and the WIFI was okay. The rooms are noisy, though. I could hear every cough from the guest next door.
