The airport bus stops right outside, so I was able to drop my bags in the room and head out to see the city almost immediately. The neighborhood isn’t the prettiest, but it’s very convenient. I stayed one night and found the place clean and comfortable, with staff who were considerate and really helpful. I’d come back for another short city break.

The apartment itself was bright, clean, and renovated, even though the building looks a little dingy from the street. We chose it for being close to the station, but I’d have happily stayed longer. Stefano and the cleaning lady were both welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with. It was comfortable and affordable, and I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Napoli. -Enrico

This was the worst place I stayed on my Naples and Amalfi Coast trip. The room was old and dirty, and we found bed bugs on the bed. When we told the receptionist, he wouldn’t help or move us to another room. There are plenty of affordable places around here, so I’d avoid this one.

My girlfriend and I were told someone would let us in after we explained our flight would arrive past check-in. We got to the hotel at 22.45, but nobody was there, and we couldn’t reach anyone. They had said they’d stay until 23.30, so being left outside late at night in what felt like a bad area of Naples was awful. Their response afterward was terrible. I strongly advise against staying here.

Really nice stay. The worker was so friendly and helpful, and both the rooms and the location were just right.
