We booked this hotel for our first two nights after arriving in Napoli and had arranged for someone to meet us for a late check-in at around 23:00 PM. The staff member who greeted us seemed rushed and eager to leave. We were handed a big keyring and shown which key went to which door, but not how to work some of the door mechanisms. Around midnight, in the cold and rain, we got stuck at the third door to the hotel. We rang the property doorbell and tried the contact listed on their site, but no one answered. A kind stranger eventually helped us unlock it. When we raised this with the staff and owner the next day, they didn't take responsibility. The walls are thin, so we didn't feel we had privacy in our room, and there was another guest's hair on the showerhead. We were also meant to move to a nicer room for our second night, but they canceled that on the same morning without warning, after we'd packed everything and were ready to move.

The commode flush didn't work, and they tried to blame us for putting something besides tissue in it. We certainly hadn't done that. WiFi is available in the “Hotel,” but it's snail-slow, and the cellular signal in the room is very weak or often unavailable. You end up pretty disconnected.

The staff were dependable, kind, and always available, and staying here felt like being at home, with no time constraints on doing what I wanted. My room was spacious, very nice, clean, and had all the amenities, with excellent housekeeping. The location is handy for both the historic center and the Metro. I stayed 3 nights, from January 9th to 12th, 2026, and would definitely choose this B&B again if I return to Naples. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

The location is central, which makes it easy to see everything in Napoli. I stayed for 3 days last week, and the room was spotless, thanks Irene. Breakfast was really good, and Gabriella gave us a warm welcome. Sam's helpfulness, courtesy, and great personality were something special. When I come back to Napoli, I'll stay with you again. It feels like home.
