The rooms were clean and the host was fine, but we found the stay bad enough to shorten it from 4 nights to 3. We paid for all 4 and moved elsewhere. Even with a 2 hours drive and losing a night's cost, it was worth it. This is a classic r'b&b, not a hotel, and the common room connects two flats. The bedroom was extremely small, apparently at the expense of a common room we didn't need. It's on the 7th floor, reached by a small elevator that you have to pay for every time. There was just one blanket for 2 persons, and no sheets for it, even when we asked for a blanket with sheets. The bathroom was enormous, but the bathing area was too small for a 6'plus man. Both rooms smelled strange unless we kept airing them out. The neighborhood felt unbearable, dirty, lousy, noisy, and hardly secure. Parking a car felt impossible for security reasons. The only way to use a garage was to give up our car keys. Breakfast was NOT included. We got vouchers for one croissant and one coffee at a cafe on the next block, which was a disaster in terms of tidiness. We only went once.

The window had a lovely view, and the place felt clean and new. Our room was comfortable, with a big private bathroom, and there was a shared kitchen too. Fuorigrotta worked much better for us than staying right in the city center, while still being close enough and handy for buses and the subway. Mrs. Alessandra was so kind and helpful. Roberta looked after my stay with such warmth and kindness. The rooms were lovely and clean, with a splendid view, and the ladies running the B&B were attentive and helpful throughout. It’s on the seventh floor, very close to Mostra d'Oltremare. We had a wonderful time there.

Breakfast was part of the price, and you could either go to the nearby bar yourself or have it brought to your room. The room faced the stadium and was clean, and Alessandra, the very kind owner, welcomed me and was happy to answer my questions. I stayed here to watch Napoli play and would gladly return for another match. I’ve already booked for Ultimo's concert, scheduled for June 2022, hopefully happening despite COVID. Excellent value.
