La Casa di Luna BnB

The rooms were good and well equipped, and the location was okay, though there were homeless people nearby and people having fights in the street. We had a troubling service experience: just minutes before checkout, cleaning staff entered our room and moved our belongings to different places without asking or telling us. When we returned, some things seemed missing. We found some in other drawers, but other items were still missing, and we left without them. Check every drawer, wardrobe, and corner before you go, even if you haven't used it.

Claudia was so kind and attentive, and gave us all the information we needed. We even found instructions in the room for getting to the airport in the morning. The place is cozy, chic, and very clean, with big, comfortable beds. Garibaldi train station is just 3 minutes away, with all kinds of public transport available there. We were happy with our stay and would definitely book La Casa di Luna again if we return to Napoli. Thank you.

Breakfast was a real treat: fresh bakery was made each morning, ready and warm on the table when we got up. The people here cared so much about my comfort. After my first day exploring the city, I came back in the evening to a sparkling room, and my luggage and clothes had been folded into the closet. I've worked at a 4,000 rooms hotel in a main city in USA, and this little place went above and beyond. It's a beautiful, small, chic, new, clean hotel with a comfortable bed. I couldn't be happier with my choice in Naples. THIS PLACE IS A GEM.

The bathroom was modern and a good size, and the location was very convenient. Just bear in mind it's a BnB, not a hotel. I found the external building's main door hard to operate. Breakfast was odd: the spread looked generous, but it was mostly sweet biscuits and cake to fill it out. Who eats that for breakfast?
