The staff were professional, helpful and always available. The rooms look lovely, are really well decorated and have all the comforts you need. The location is amazing. Highly recommended!

The rooms and beds were modern and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The hotel is easy to walk from to the main sights, with the bay just two blocks away and a market around the corner. Staff arranged reasonably priced transport to and from the hotel, and the drivers were on time and friendly. Just keep in mind that there are two locations. Getting in at first is a bit awkward since the rooms are inside a mixed-use building. I'd recommend staying at Le Mummarelle Napoli.

It was a decent stay, and the staff were lovely and did their best to make us comfortable. Still, there are some things management could improve. The location is a big plus: the coast is only minutes away for an evening walk, and there are lots of restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Beverello port is also walkable for the ferries. Staff were accommodating and wanted us to be happy. They provided umbrellas, dental kits on request, ear plugs and complimentary water, and the room was left very clean each time. A few things bothered us. We booked a superior double room with a sea-side view balcony, but the sea was only visible in a small glimpse, so it wasn't much of a view. The first-floor room could get noisy at night. One night the restaurant downstairs played loud music and we struggled to fall asleep; ear plugs were provided, but we could still hear it. The room is also beside the breakfast dining room, and staff noise woke us at 7:00 every day while they were getting things ready. Breakfast is served at one big table for all the guests. We were happy to chat with people, though some guests might prefer separate tables. Breakfast could be more generous for the price, with more variety and fresh products. The croissants and pastries seemed microwaved rather than fresh from a bakery. The blanket had no cover. It was clean and smelled nice, but it was yellow and stained, and they didn't have a duvet cover to put it in. The lady improvised by covering it with sheets, which worked out fine. For a bed and breakfast rather than a full hotel, it was an okay stay.

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were a little worried we'd been scammed after struggling to find the entrance, but once inside, the hotel looked brand new. Our room, number 20, was a short walk down the street, and staff showed us the way. It was small, with a large bed and just enough space for clothes. The little street-facing balcony could get noisy, though closing the window helped a lot. Everything was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job each day. There’s also a toilet in the hallway, handy if you need one while your other half is using the bathroom. No one is there overnight, but staff can be reached on WhatsApp. The TV was nice too, and we could connect a laptop by HDMI to watch a movie. Highly recommended.
