A good, inexpensive place for a couple of days, not far from Via Tribunali or the city center. The rooms are clean enough and the air conditioning is great. Staff aren't there around the clock, but you can reach them by text or phone. The breakfast isn't really breakfast, just some prepacked toast with spreads. Bring earplugs.

We lost several hundred euros for five nights we couldn't use after I became ill, and the hotel refused to refund us. I strongly recommend avoiding it. In nearly 14 years using Booking.com, this was our worst hotel experience. There was no understanding or empathy about an unexpected illness. Two days before arrival, after we had already been charged, we asked to cancel or move the booking and payment to another date. I was willing to provide a medical certificate. The hotel said illness wasn't grounds for cancellation because it is a commercial company, and that if it cancelled for free in unexpected situations, it would earn nothing. We then asked to move the dates so the hotel wouldn't lose its profit. The first available date they offered was November 2026. Since there were no flights then, we asked for December, but they said the prices would be different and it wasn't possible. Other properties put understanding ahead of commercial policy. Some charge only the first night if you can't arrive, and others may refund the whole amount in an emergency. This situation taught us to be careful about choosing places like this. In response to the hotel's explanation dated 27.03.2026r: the airline accepted the doctor's decision too, so this wasn't a pretext. And please don't ignore the facts. I never refused any proposal. I have all our correspondence and can share it. Your translation is just an attempt to improve your image. A few friends have already given up trying to book with you, and like me, they want nothing to do with this hotel or its treatment of guests. My experience with your staff and the way you handled my case say a lot about the property and its service. I paid several hundred euros, so I have a solid basis for reviewing it. Update 09/04/2026: The airline has now refunded 50% of the flights cancelled because of illness, which the hotel disputed. At least the airline was fair.

The hosts were so warm and kind, and that really made our stay feel special. We spent two nights here and found everything very clean. It's also well placed for visiting Naples' most popular sights. I’d gladly recommend it for a trip to the city.
