The worst hotel. Things were broken everywhere: the window wouldn't shut and the shower stopped working. There were no lights, and nobody helped. The owner kicked us out after we complained to Expedia. Expedia was very helpful. I hope they remove the hotel from their site.

The location is excellent, close to both the metro and restaurants, and they clean often and provide fresh towels almost every day. The shower, though, is awful. The internet keeps dropping and you have to move around the room to get it. Breakfast is all sweet, but the coffee was great. It's OK.

Noemi was a great host and very accommodating. The place is well located near good restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightlife. I'd definitely recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in Napoli.

The room was perfectly OK and better than I expected, and the price was good. The location works well, although the entrance is a bit strange and there's no check-in desk. There isn't breakfast on site or even a water kettle, but there are bars nearby.
