After a long flight, the room was just right, even though we were there for only one night. It was spacious and clean, and the staff were very kind. They carried our bags up several flights, brought breakfast, and kept our luggage when we asked. I’d highly recommend this hotel :)

The building is very old and has no lift, but the rooms are new and nice. It’s a good location, especially for a pre-cruise night, since the cruise terminal is only a few minutes away on foot. The staff were really helpful and nice, spoke perfect English, and offered to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. We also ate at Da Antonio downstairs, an Italian restaurant, and it was very good.

The room was meticulously kept and very clean. We had the corner room with the giant jacuzzi, which was a vibe, and breakfast was brought to the room. The pastries were fresh and local. The team were so helpful, even carrying our bags up five flights of stairs. It’s also really well placed for exploring or catching a ferry.

The team were fabulous, hospitable, and clearly wanted to make our stay good. Giovanni and Salvatore were both very helpful, and the man who brought breakfast was delightful too, making our coffee and happily helping us out. Breakfast was amazing, especially the pastry, and the room was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of steps to reception, but they’re glad to help if you need it. Parking is hard to find, so make sure to let your taxi know.
