The location was perfect for walking around, felt safe, and had public transportation close by. Anna was gracious and flexible throughout our seven-night stay over Christmas. The unit went beyond what we expected. My sister slept in the bedroom, and I unfolded the futon. It was firm but perfectly comfortable. The appliances all worked well, and there were adjustable radiators throughout, strong water pressure and hot water on demand. We also had plenty of cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. We'd definitely stay again on another visit to Naples.
