The location really is nice, but the hotel itself was very poor. The rooms and cleanliness felt like a 2-star hotel, and the breakfast was just about edible. The elevator is paid. The administration gives you a token, but it never works.

The view left a lot to be desired. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious and fairly clean, and we didn't have to think about toiletries. The owner brothers and staff were outgoing and really nice; they gave us great tips and a map of the city. Breakfast is worth having, simple but tasty, with some variety. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, about a 3-minute walk from Municipio subway station, 5 minutes from the main port, and 20 minutes on foot from Garibaldi main station.

A lovely family-run place on the third floor, with excellent service. The father has a great restaurant around the corner, and the son runs a bar. It's very close to Molo Beverello Port, within walking distance of the cruise and ferry port in Naples.

This was one of my worst stays. I booked because the listing said reception was open 24/7, but when we arrived we were given no information, and reception seemed to open and close whenever they wanted. I left a message asking for something and got no reply, which felt rude and unprofessional. Several things in the room didn't work, including the toilet flush button and fridge. The breakfast staff were the only positive, they were nice. Based on my experience, I don't recommend staying here. It didn't feel trustworthy, and I really don't understand how it has such good reviews.
