Napoli Royal Suite

We spent five nights in the Ischia room and felt right at home. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom all had thoughtful little touches. Breakfast had herbal teas, individual Nutella portions, toast, biscuits, and pastries to suit different tastes. There were dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom, plus clean bed and bath linens. Those details made a difference. I hope you get to enjoy the same homey feeling we did. We paid €145 in total, including €10 extra because we arrived at 8:30 pm and were told there was a surcharge after 8. Breakfast wasn't served because there were no waffles or water. The girl demanded €20 in cash and the rest by card, all strictly under the table, of course. The rooms looked thrown together, from the fixtures to the mattress, and the prices were at the maximum. The staff's friendliness? What did they want to do? I can't make sense of the other reviews. I'm used to sleeping in my car, and maybe that would've been better. I mentioned the car to test my humility, but I know I'm demanding too. My criticism is about my humility, not my demands. We're in Italy, not Burundi. Mrs. Giusy and Mrs. Anna were wonderful people, and the staff welcomed us warmly and helped with anything we asked. I spent four days in the PROCIDA room.
