Francesca at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. She gave us a map and pointed out places to visit, and kept the room tidy while we were out exploring. Breakfast had a big selection of traditional food. Our room came with a fridge, cold water, cups and teabags. Just a small thing, it could use a teaspoon and some sugar for making tea. Apart from that, everything was good, and I'd highly recommend it.

Francesca was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room had a small balcony with a nice view from outside, and the jacuzzi included with our booking was a plus. The property is right in the city on a busy road, but the double-glazed window kept the traffic noise out once closed. It's on the third floor, and there's a lift for luggage. Even after checkout, we could leave our bags at reception and had a key to the main door so we could collect them whenever we wanted.

The room was lovely, and our three-night stay went really well. Breakfast was the one drawback: there wasn’t much to choose from, and the breakfast area had no AC, which wasn’t great for the food or for eating comfortably. Still, I’d recommend it for a city trip to Napolis.

We had a great time walking back after dinner by the seafront, and the hotel’s location made that easy. The rooms were beautifully decorated, finished to a high standard, and exceptionally clean. Check-in was warm and simple, with friendly, helpful reception staff. We had no problems during our stay. A lovely boutique place in Naples.
