Thanks for the hospitality. The apartment was simple and nicely styled, though a small chest of drawers or some extra storage would’ve helped. My wife usually writes our reviews and has explained the rating system to me. ;)

The rooms looked just like the pictures and were spotless, with towels and sheets changed regularly. Gianluca made us feel comfortable right away, and was happy to suggest places to eat and things to see. He even upgraded us to an even nicer room, if you can believe it, and treated us to delicious coffee several times. Napoli Sweet Home is wonderfully clean and well kept.

The staff were professional and friendly, and pointed us toward some really fantastic places to stay. I was in the Sorrento Suite, which was bright, clean, and comfortable. We had breakfast in the room, and I loved how plentiful and fresh everything was.

Our check-in was handled with codes Gianluca sent over the phone, and we met him the following day. The welcome coffee was a nice touch. We had a bright, clean room in an elegant building with a doorman, close to both the metro and central station. Even though the windows faced a busy street, they kept the sound out well. The furnishings were new and elegant.

The welcome was professional without being intrusive. My wife, our children, and I stayed in the Positano Suite. It was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. We booked the spa treatment and had a fantastic two hours.
